What happens if our current IT person leaves?

Nothing breaks. We document your systems, keep every password in a company-owned vault, and hold admin access in the business's name. When someone leaves, we remove their access the same day and keep things running.

Do you come on-site or is it remote only?

Both. Most issues can be fixed remotely, which is faster for you. When something needs hands on, a technician visits your office. On-site visits are included in the Business and Enterprise plans.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Lagos and support businesses across Nigeria remotely. On-site visits are available in Lagos and Abuja. If you are elsewhere, ask us and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

Do we need to buy new equipment?

Usually not. We start with what you already have. If something is unsafe or worn out, we will tell you plainly, explain your options and costs, and let you decide.

How do you protect our data? Are you NDPA-aware?

Yes. We encrypt company devices, back up important data, control who can access what, and keep clear records. We prepare reports that help you meet your obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

How fast do you respond?

We respond within 5 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm WAT). Urgent problems that stop your work are handled first.

Can you work alongside our existing IT staff?

Yes. We give your team better tools, take on routine work, and cover when they are on leave or busy. They stay in charge; we make their job easier.

How do we pay?
